I have no answers, I'm just confused! :D

However, I was really happy to see Vincent, and especially the DS ring - I was suuuure they had forgotten all about it!

Also, is it weird that I kind of liked Jacob? If we forget the ... incident with Nadia and the fact that he was so arrogant towards Benry, he seemed like a pretty sympathetic guy.

So, so sad about Juliet. It was a great heroic death though, on a par with Charlie's. Still, I'm disappointed that there's again one less really kick-ass female in tv. When I was watching the first part, there was a moment when I actually thought "she really is the greatest female character in tv since Scully". :) I hope we get ghost-visits/flashbacks/forwards/loop-time with her next season!

I kind of liked Jacob too. It was interesting how he visited some of the key characters in all different time periods.

Juliet's death was heroic, I must say. I have a feeling we'll see her again though, along with all the others who have passed on along the way (at least that's what I hope will happen!). =D

Just a thought about the Jacob/Sayid/Nadia scene... in a way, you could see it as Jacob saving Sayid's life. As in, if he hadn't pulled Sayid aside to ask directions, Sayid would have been dead too. Not entirely optimistic as ideally, Nadia wouldn't have kept on walking and stayed to help with the directions, so maybe Jacob isn't as sinister as we think? I dunno. I'm also entirely confused! lol

That's a very interesting interpretation! :) I was kind of thinking that Sayid that to be kept out of the street in some way, because otherwise his amazing moves would have probably saved Nadia. But yeah, maybe the whole thing was orchestrated by Widmore? alone and Jacob was there just to save Sayid.

Interesting theory indeed! I hope we'll get the answers to all of these questions in the final season.

The Rose/Bernard stuff pretty much made my day. Good lord, they're hilarious. Especially when Bernard came charging out of the jungle all Tom Hanks in Cast Away-esque. rofl!

That fade to white with the inverted title card has got to be the most mind-boggling thing yet. I don't care about the smoke monster, or time travel any more, just tell me what the white title card means!! XD

Made my day too, I love Rose & Bernard! <3 I know, that white fadeout really has me freaked out. It sucks that we have to wait until 2010 to get some kind of explanation! :[

Someone on ONTD mentioned at the beginning of the series when Locke was teaching Walt how to play backgammon he said something about the light and the dark together. And one of the first shots of this past episode was Jacob and that other guy when Jacob was eating the fish. Jacob was wearing the white shirt and the other guy the black. So it seems it all boils down to a fight of good and evil.
Not sure about the statue. I know that Lost wiki site has some information about it, but I didn't read it all.

And yes! I got all excited to see Charlie's DriveShaft ring. I love it when they even make a mention to Charlie or Boone! LOL

Someone else mentioned that Lost seems to use the white to show time travel so maybe the huge white was throwing them back into the future or something. IDK. Gotta wait until 2010!! =P
