Where Has Winter Gone?  
I am really bummed right now as the temperature has gone from 9 degrees to 46 degrees in just a couple of days! As a result of this horrible turn of events, most of the wonderful snow has melted and we're left with nothing but mud. D: Winter is not over yet, I want more snow! I'm already dreading the warmer temperatures that are on the horizon in just a few short months, so I'd like to have my nice frigid, snowy weather back please. *cries*

~Prayers to my Australian friends who may be effected by those awful wildfires going on there now!

Oh dude. Some snow or at least rain would be fantastic here at the moment. Help put out our terrible bush fires. Sounds like you have an extreme jump in weather too though. We went from 46 celcius to 25 c.

I just read about the fires going on and added an extra note at the bottom of this entry! My prayers are with you all and I truly hope you'll get some rain there soon. *hugs*

having lived in Finland for nearly all my life, I'm not a big fan of snow... :P But I have to have snow around christmas/new year, otherwise the mood is ruined.

It's going to be 50 here tomorrow & 60 on wednesday and I'm not enjoying it too much myself. D: It's only the beginning of february, the temps aren't supposed to be that high yet!

Woah, that's a huge jump in temperature. It's been alternately rainy and sunny here. It's probably in the fifties.

I know! It's still getting warmer too. D: I hope it gets back to normal winter temps by the weekend, I'm not ready for warmth yet.
